Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
Provide local recommendations, directions, and information to guests
Collaborate with team members to maintain positive working relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
Stay up-to-date with hotel services, events, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
Requirements:
Previous hotel guest service experience preferred
Open availability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
