Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Guest Care Attendant – Mandarin Speaker – AIN Dubai - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Greet and assist guests courteously upon arrival and throughout their visit Provide accurate information about Ain Dubai’s attractions, services, and facilities Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, escalating when necessary Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas, including queue lines, cabins, and waiting zones Support crowd control and guest flow during peak hours and special events Monitor guest safety and comfort, reporting any incidents or hazards to the supervisor Assist in the implementation of guest service initiatives and promotional activities Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: Mandarin speaker High School Diploma or equivalent 1–2 years in a guest-facing role, preferably in attractions, hospitality, or customer service environments Basic understanding of guest service protocols and safety procedures Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Familiarity with point-of-sale or ticketing systems is a plus About the Benefits: In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
