This strategic role requires a seasoned professional who knows how to navigate complex procurement processes, build compelling narratives around our technology, and identify new RFPs.Lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement opportunitiesIdentify new RFP opportunities with governments and strategic enterprisesManage multiple concurrent proposals with varying timelines and complexity levelsCoordinate all stakeholders within ElevenLabs to ensure comprehensive responsesWork closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to third-party procurement processesProvide training and coaching as necessary to team members on the proposal process, review process, and/or writing process and best practicesGive support with writing, editing, and feedback process of proposals (technical and format)Continuously improve the proposal management process, content, tools, and templatesRequirements7+ years of experience in proposal management, with significant government and enterprise focusProven track record of winning large-scale technology proposals ($1M+ value)Deep understanding of the UK government procurement processes and compliance requirementsExceptional writer, storytelling and detail-oriented skillsStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously#LI-Remote
