Job Summary The GTM Specialist (Pipeline & Deal Operations) is responsible for the execution and movement of our commercial pipeline. This role ensures that every opportunity progresses efficiently from first contact through the proposal and closing stages. As a key member of the Growth team, you will be accountable for pipeline velocity, CRM data quality, and operational excellence across all active deals. We need someone who is organized and can coordinate with different teams to make sure no deal gets stuck or forgotten. Responsibilities Track and manage all active opportunities in the CRM to ensure clear next steps, defined owners, and updated statuses. Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to ensure fast response times and consistent communication. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between clients and internal talent teams to maintain momentum in the hiring process. Assist in building proposals and deal artifacts by gathering required inputs from various internal departments. Maintain accurate CRM records and act as the gatekeeper for pipeline data integrity. Support newly closed clients during their initial months to identify opportunities for additional roles or account expansion. Qualifications and Job Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, SDR/BDR roles, or Recruiting Coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple deals or projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining CRM discipline (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). Professional communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal teams. A results-oriented mindset with an understanding of how pipeline velocity converts into revenue. Ability to work as a full-time contractor and coordinate stakeholders across different time zones.
