Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.About The Role:As GTM Innovation Lead, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance our GTM team's effectiveness, accelerate customer acquisition and propel expansion. Working closely with the GTM teams, Business Technology, Data Science and our Automation Engineer, you'll develop innovative approaches to leverage AI for identifying revenue opportunities, improving sales processes, and optimizing customer conversion rates.You'll partner with sales leadership to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can transform revenue generation and customer acquisition. Your role will be crucial in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that help our sales team identify, pursue, and close more deals effectively. You will partner with our Automation Engineer to launch and scale solutions. You'll lead our thinking on how to best leverage AI workflows, agents and modern tools to make our GTM more efficient.We are looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with an understanding of AI capabilities. You should have hands-on experience in revenue-focused roles as well as hands-on experience building AI workflows at scale. This person should be excited to innovate, collaborate with sales teams, and drive measurable improvements in our revenue metrics.What You'll Achieve:Revenue Acceleration: Drive pipeline and ARR outcomes for our selling teams by deploying AI-enhanced prioritization, outreach and deal execution for new and existing customers using both third party tooling and internal buildsAI-Powered Sales Enablement: Design AI-driven solutions that improve ramp metrics and help all of our GTM personas reach their max potential. Augment all of our selling teams with AI driven coaching.Sales Process Innovation: Design and implement AI solutions that streamline sales workflows and enhance team productivity.AI Impact Analysis: Develop frameworks to measure and optimize the revenue impact of AI implementations across the GTM organization.Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between sales teams and technical implementation, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.Skills You'll Need to Bring:8+ years of total work experience in a mix of 1) a commercially-focused role such as sales, revenue enablement, sales engineering, GTM engineering or, business development customer success; and 2) a technical role such as operations, engineering or product managementProven track record of leveraging AI applications in sales and revenue generation: you can prove the ROI of AI or automated workflows you’ve builtA clear perspective on the future of AI-driven GTM including leading-edge toolingStrong bias to action and high ownership: you’ll ship quickly and continuouslyExceptional communication skills: you can break down complex AI workflows into clear summaries for non-technical audiencesDeep understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue optimizationBachelor's degree requiredMust be located in New York or San FranciscoNice to Haves:Working knowledge of sales automation and AI implementationExperience with revenue forecasting and analysisFamiliarity with Notion as a power user or administratorBackground in sales operations or revenue operationsExperience with CRM platforms and sales engagement toolsHistory of successful revenue-driving initiativesWe hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco and New York, the estimated salary for this role is $225,000 - $275,000.
