Growth & Product Stategy Lead - Remote from USA

You will:
• Drive full-funnel growth marketing (acquisition → activation → retention → expansion).
• Lead paid & organic campaigns, onboarding flows, lifecycle programs, and A/B testing.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and pricing to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to develop winning features and packages.
Requirements:
You bring:
• 5+ years in SaaS or AI-enabled product growth (XR/training tech a plus).
• Proven success in PLG, growth experiments, and market analysis.
• Skills with MarTech/data tools (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Segment, HubSpot; SQL a plus).
• Clear communication and a bias for rapid testing and iteration.
