What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support administrative tasks necessary for the growth of the practice, including new client hospitals and major system conversions
Maintain familiarity with data sources such as Salesforce and Excel
Advocate for clinicians and facilitate communication with clients and support teams
Lead interdepartmental meetings related to key growth events
Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate's degree required
Minimum of three years of related experience in healthcare or clinical settings
One year of experience as a Program Liaison or equivalent preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proven interpersonal communication skills through various channels
High reliability in follow-through of tasks and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
