We’re a team of more than 90 based throughout San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana.About This Role Speak is growing to be one of the top language education apps in Taiwan, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our small and mighty team based in Taipei! We are looking for someone with full-funnel growth marketing experience, especially within the performance marketing & paid ads campaign management sphere. If you’re looking for your next career step where cutting-edge AI technology meets avid (and rapidly growing!) userbase and an experiment-focused & data-driven marketing environment, come join us!This is a full-time position based in Taipei, with a hybrid working structure where you work in-person a couple times a week with our awesome local team.What you’ll be doingBe an owner of Taiwan paid ads operationsManage Meta, Google, LINE, and TikTok channels, while discovering & testing new channelsPartner with our marketing designers to plan & run tests on various paid ads contentOversee daily paid ads operations — monitor performance, iterate and refresh strategies, and make timely adjustments based on hypothesesPlan lifecycle campaigns & flowsOptimize the in-app user journey and revamp lifecycle flows to improve conversion rates with the central teamIdentify local channels (like LINE) and create CRM workflows and campaigns to aid with user onboarding and retentionMonitor daily user funnelTrack the daily conversion trends in the user flow to monitor and improve team efficiency, properly attributing to successful channels and creativesMarketing campaign supportCollaborate with both local and central teams to plan and to review campaign performance and insightsWhat we’re looking forAt least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally covering performance/paid marketingStrong analytical mindset, with direct experience in marketing measurement and data managementAbility to write and iterate on effective marketing copies through experimentationDirect experience & insight in lifecycle or CRM marketing is a huge plus!Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyNative-level proficiency in Mandarin + business proficiency in EnglishWhy work at SpeakJoin a fantastic, tight-knit team at the right time: we're growing very quickly, we've most recently raised our Series C from some of the top investors in the valley, and we've achieved product-market fit in our initial markets.
