Growth Marketing Manager (Social)
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own all things social: paid social, influencers, and organic. This role will be responsible for scaling these programs and dynamically maturing a robust digital marketing strategy. You will own the technical execution of paid social while managing recruitment for influencers and our content strategy on organic social.You’ll join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing affordable and accessible for everyone. This role reports to the Head of Growth and will partner closely with members of the brand and creative team. What You'll Do Paid SocialLead strategy for paid social and test and learn roadmapManage paid media campaigns on Meta and Tiktok, pulling the levers on media spend, targeting, creative, and bid strategyManage all paid asset briefs and creative on each platform, ensuring creative and campaigns perform well on a CPA and ROAS basisIdentify key insights through regular analyses of campaigns to determine opportunities, issues, and test opportunitiesScale our new TikTok program and identify key optimization and creative opportunitiesInfluencer MarketingRecruit content creators and micro influencers as part of monthly campaigns to drive discovery and demand for our at home test kit business, managing the program as a direct response programDevelop and track influencer analytics, determining level of spend, return, and engagement yielded from influencer campaignsManage briefs and recruitment playbook, identifying the influencer strategy that works well for our brand and productsWork with influencers on sparking/whitelisting assets on paid social that show promise for improving our paid economicsOrganic SocialManage our social calendar and organic strategy, focusing on content that drives engagement, reach, and salesOversee the production process with our internal brand team and contractors that supports our social calendar and campaigns, while being native to social platformsEdit and curate organic assets alongside content creators and the internal team for quick use on social platforms Who You Are: 8 years experience in paid social (Meta and Tiktok) campaign management with a strong technical foundation working in those platforms: tracking, optimizing, reporting etc.Proven campaign management against CAC and ROAS targets with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgetsCreative and analytical: creative concepting and asset creation are core areas of expertise, but you also are highly analytical and can whip up custom reports in Meta and identify performance trendsSome experience in influencer marketing as a growth channel and familiarity with sparking/white listingFamiliarity with influencer recruitment platforms like Aspire and the Tiktok creator marketplaceExperience with organic social data tracking on platforms like Sprout Social, Dash Hudson etc.Comfort spinning up content to post on social is a plus
