Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for executing and optimizing our demand generation engine, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results in the form of highly qualified leads and revenue growth. You'll work closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create and optimize campaigns that drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & ExecutionDrive measurable growth in qualified leads and revenue through strategic marketing campaignsOwn key performance metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue contributionContinuously optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insightsWork closely with Sales to understand and improve lead quality and conversion ratesDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of marketing qualified leadsMarketing OperationsServe as the primary owner of our HubSpot instance, ensuring optimal utilization of its featuresBuild, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaignsImplement and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models and workflowsDevelop and optimize email nurture streams and conversion pathsCreate and maintain dashboards for tracking and reporting on key metricsLead Generation & ManagementManage lead sourcing and curation using internal data and platforms like ZoomInfoIdentify and recommend new technologies and platforms to enhance lead generation effortsDesign and implement lead qualification frameworksOptimize lead handoff processes between Marketing and SalesMaintain high standards for lead quality while scaling lead volumeCross-functional CollaborationPartner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product messaging and launchesWork with Product team to leverage product insights for campaign targetingCollaborate with designers to create high-converting marketing assetsCoordinate with Sales to understand their needs and improve lead qualityBuild strong relationships across teams to ensure campaign successRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growthDemonstrated success in implementing and managing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable resultsAdvanced expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms including implementation from scratch, maintenance and optimizationExperience with lead sourcing tools (ZoomInfo, etc.) and best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesDeep understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification processesKey Success MetricsGrowth in marketing qualified leads (MQL) volume and qualityImprovement in lead-to-opportunity conversion ratesRevenue contribution from marketing-sourced leadsCampaign performance metrics (conversion rates, ROI)Sales team satisfaction with lead qualityPipeline velocity and conversion metricsIdeal Candidate QualitiesResults-driven mindset with a focus on revenue impactStrategic thinker who can also execute tacticallyStrong collaborator who builds effective relationships across teamsData-oriented decision makerProactive problem solver with a growth mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
