Growth Marketing & Brand Manager (Real Estate)- LONG TERM FULL TIME JOB- Columbus, OH (Remote) 10X Property Management | Dream Living Homes | Nailed It General Contractors About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing & Brand Manager to help scale three fast-growing real estate businesses under one ecosystem: 10X Property Management – Investor-focused property management Dream Living Homes – Residential real estate brokerage Nailed It General Contractors – Renovation & development services The goal of this role is simple: Drive brand visibility, trust, and inbound customers across all three businesses. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys owning results, testing ideas, and turning attention into leads. What You’ll Be Responsible For Social Media & Content Marketing Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for all three brands Build and execute monthly content calendars Create, schedule, and publish short-form and static content Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs Community & Relationship Marketing Actively engage in relevant Facebook Groups using value-first, relationship-driven strategies Participate in BiggerPockets forums to build credibility and drive investor interest Identify and route warm prospects to the sales team Paid Advertising & Traffic Manage Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads Install and maintain Facebook Pixels Track conversions and optimize campaigns for lead quality Support retargeting and funnel-based campaigns Content & Email Marketing Draft and publish blog posts to support SEO and brand authority Create and manage monthly client and tenant newsletters Align messaging with leadership and operations Analytics & Optimization Use Google Analytics and ad dashboards to track performance Report weekly and monthly marketing results Recommend improvements based on data, not guesses Video Editing Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Add captions, hooks, and formatting aligned with brand guidelines Growth Experiments Research and test new platforms, partnerships, and marketing ideas Continuously look for better, more efficient ways to generate demand What Success Looks Like Consistent inbound leads across all three brands Growing engagement and reach Clear visibility into what marketing channels are working Strong brand presence in investor and local real estate communities Who We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you: Have experience in digital marketing, social media, or growth marketing Are comfortable managing multiple brands at once Understand (or are excited to learn) real estate and investing Are proactive, organized, and accountable Think in terms of results, not just tasks Bonus if you have: Real estate or property management marketing experience Paid ads experience with measurable results Video editing experience for short-form content What We Offer Opportunity to help scale three real businesses, not just social pages Direct access to leadership and decision-makers Room to grow into a senior marketing or head-of-growth role Flexible work environment (hybrid / remote considered) Competitive compensation based on experience How to Apply Apply here: A brief note on why this role interests you Examples of accounts, brands, or campaigns you’ve managed (links welcome) Apply tot his job
