Growth Marketer for US-based Wellness Center Chain

We didn’t start with a our own wellness center. We started as the manufacturer of a cryotherapy device called the "SubZero", which helps patients with fat reduction and skin tightening. We have been selling that device to other wellness professionals all accross the US successfully for the past 20 years. Then we thought: “What if we opened our own wellness center? What if we used our own device, built our own funnel, and proved to our prospects that this business model actually works?” So we did. We launched one wellness center called "Zalena" one year ago. It worked. People came in, got results, told their friends around them. We now have 4 locations in the US, and one in France. Zalena has become its own brand. The demand is growing. The potential is huge. And now we’re looking for someone who can help us drive this next phase of growth. That's why we’re hiring a Full-Funnel Marketer. We’re not just looking for a “media buyer.” We’re looking for a growth partner, someone who knows how to drive performance and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in landing pages, automations, and creative strategy. What You’ll Be Doing: - Plan, launch, and optimize local Meta lead gen campaigns across multiple cities ($3K–$5K/month per location). - Write strong briefs for our designer and video editor so they can deliver scroll-stopping ads. - Build and test landing pages using GoHighLevel to improve conversion rates. - Work with our CRM/email/SMS guy to make sure messaging is consistent across channels. - Coordinate campaigns for seasonal offers, promos, and spa launches. - Help us integrate smart AI tools (chatbots, follow-up automations, etc.) by working with our developer. You’ll be the one keeping the engine running and tuning it to go faster. ✅ You’re a Fit If You: - Have solid Facebook Ads experience, ideally in lead generation for local services. - Think beyond ads; you care about copy, offers, landing pages, and the user journey. - Can analyze performance and know when (and how) to fix what’s broken. - Know your way around Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and similar tools. - Are proactive, self-directed, and like solving problems. • *Bonus: You speak French or have experience with international/bilingual campaigns.
