Sales Manager – High-Ticket Trade Show Sales
Location:
Tampa, FL (In-Person)
Compensation: $200K - $300K (Base + Performance-Based Bonuses)
Travel: 2-3 weekends per month

We sell high-ticket medical wellness devices at trade shows nationwide. Our fast-paced, high-energy sales environment requires a strong leader to train, motivate, and scale our commission-based sales team.
Your Role:
• Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales reps.
• Build a high-energy culture that drives motivation and results.
• Refine sales scripts, closing techniques, and onboarding programs.
• Lead and optimize trade show sales performance.
• Travel 2-3 weekends per month to coach reps in real time.
Who You Are:
Proven sales leader with experience in high-ticket or face-to-face sales. Strong recruiter, motivator, and trainer who builds winning teams. Hands-on leader willing to be in the field coaching reps. Thrives in a performance-driven, competitive environment.
