The roleAs a Growth Development Executive at Vim, youâll be a frontline contributor to our commercial engineâresponsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem. Your work will directly influence Vimâs revenue pipeline by setting high-quality meetings and uncovering valuable prospects that align with our ideal customer profile.This is more than a traditional BDR role: youâll be embedded in a high-performing, marketing-led growth team that values creativity, strategy, and thoughtful outreach over high-volume spamming. Youâll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and demand generation to develop targeted campaigns, craft personalized communications, and create moments of genuine connection with healthcare decision-makers.Your impact will be measured not only by activity and output (e.g., outreach, meetings booked) but also by your ability to surface qualified opportunities that convert and move through the funnel.
