The Opportunity:
As a Growth Coach for Executives, you will play a pivotal role in guiding senior leaders to achieve their personal and professional best. You will work remotely with C‑suite and VP‑level clients, using proven methodologies to foster self‑awareness, strategic thinking, and transformative change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct confidential, one‑on‑one virtual coaching sessions
• Assess client needs and co‑create tailored growth plans
• Deliver actionable feedback and challenge clients constructively
• Track progress against goals and adjust approaches as necessary
• Support a diverse range of leaders across industries
Your Profile:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
• Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC) preferred
• Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
• Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
