As a Growth Builder, you will support Reddit’s goals in Asia-based countries (primarily Singapore and Thailand) to help grow multiple communities, analyze the landscape, and partner with organizations to create thriving communities. You will be the expert contact for AMAs and external partners.You will become an integral member of the team, primarily supporting Growth Operations and working with cross-functional stakeholders from Curation to Community. You will proactively identify emerging trends, moments, and opportunities to accelerate community engagement and subreddit growthResponsibilitiesDeeply understand the core metrics for growth and form an action planSupport our partners with the setup of new subreddits Help drive the end-to-end logistics and execution of Reddit AMAsDevelop an understanding of the “culture” of focus subreddit Write announcement posts and content in a style appealing to RedditorsSupport data analysis and ad-hoc research efforts to guide in our growth strategyProduct feedback (e.g., user onboarding experience, new feature launches, etc.)RequirementsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearlyExperience dealing with external partners and pitching initiativesA thorough understanding of how Reddit works and user expectationsA thorough understanding of the country, its language and its cultureA good understanding of the local Reddit ecosystemInterest in topic verticals (e.g., cinema, celebrities, gaming, etc.)Reddit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and is committed to building a workforce representative of the diverse communities we serve.
