This includes managing customer databases, assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, and ensuring effective communication between departments. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and drive engagement with potential clients. Your analytical skills will be utilized to monitor market trends and generate reports that inform our strategic decisions. Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies and initiatives.
• Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
• Prepare and organize marketing materials for campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between sales and marketing teams to foster collaboration.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and growth metrics for management review.
• Assist in the development of online and offline marketing content that attracts potential clients.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a growth or marketing team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with team members and clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
