We are Disney's Yellow Shoes, the in-house creative agency for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. Every day, we create compelling, impactful creative content for one of the most beloved brands on the planet. We looking for a world-class Group Creative Director (Social Media & Digital Content) who is a true digital native who will lead the development and execution of pioneering creative ideas and campaigns specifically crafted for diverse current and emerging social media platforms. The Group Creative Director will take a hands-on leadership role, guiding a team of hybrid makers/creators, and developing engaging content at the speed of social. They will collaborate closely with Strategy and Analytics teams as well as Content Production teams ensuring the work is on-brand, meeting the highest quality standards while adhering to platform nuances.
You will report to the Production Director.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
Spearhead the development and execution of pioneering creative ideas and campaigns specifically crafted for diverse social media platforms. Be ready to be hands-on in the content creation process, bringing innovation directly to the table.
Collaborate intimately with the strategy and analytics teams to interpret engagement performance data, ensuring creative deliverables reflect our partners' aspirations and resonate with their target audience.
Keep a keen eye on evolving social and digital trends and seamlessly weave these insights into campaigns, guaranteeing relevance and impact.
Take charge in leading, motivating, and mentoring a dynamic creative team and foster an environment that celebrates innovation, mutual respect, and continuous growth.
Champion Diversity and Inclusion by inviting varied perspectives, encouraging an inclusive work environment, and supporting workforce diversity.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
10+ years in an agency setting, or related experience with an emphasis on social and digital work.
Passion for creativity, storytelling, and the ability to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Mastery in ideating in the digital and social space.
A proven subject matter expert in the field of design, writing, strategy, or production.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience making pitches to all levels for creative presentations and being proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote).
Approach both the big projects and the smaller ones with equal enthusiasm.
Be a positive force - keeping teams motivated to make a difference!
Expertise with client needs and how it applies to marketing strategy, goals, and creative deliverables.
Outstanding concept ideation and award-winning creative.
Knowledge and genuine interest in the Walt Disney Company's history-including films, animation, television, and theme parks.

Education:
An Associates (2-year) or Bachelor's (4-year) degree in advertising, art, graphic art, design, or equivalent.

This position is located in Glendale, CA.
The base salary for this position in Glendale, CA is $148,700.00 to $199,400.00. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
