Preparing offers and contracts in line with the requirements of clients/guests ? Managing and coordinating event and room bookings ? Independently conducting professional site tours and detailed discussions with clients ? Accurate, efficient, and timely communication with clients/guests and colleagues ? Timely creation and distribution of BEOs, alterations, daily schedules, etc. ? Welcoming, assisting, and bidding farewell to clients/guests ? Conducting debriefs after events ? Reviewing (deposit) invoices for completeness and ensuring timely payment ? Adherence to all Hilton revenue guidelines and deadlines ? Accurate and complete entry of required data and activities in specific computer systems What We Expect From You: ? Several years of professional experience in a company of similar size and quality ? Target-oriented working style ? Excellent time management ? Ability to complete tasks within clear deadlines and prioritize effectively ? Strong communication and negotiation skills ? Confident and well-groomed appearance ? Flexibility and openness to new challenges ? Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage ?
