Group Chief Risk Officer

## What You’ll Be Doing: On group level, look after various risk management areas, including but not limited to, trading platform system risk, market risk, trading desk risk and counterparty risk, etc On local entity level, work with the local head of risk officers and help each local entity establish the enterprise risk functions Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, strategy and policy that align with the company's goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define risk appetite, tolerance levels, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective risk management throughout the organization Conduct regular risk assessments and stress tests to understand the overall risk profile of the organization and its impact on business objectives Collaborate with compliance, legal, internal audit, and other departments to ensure effective coordination of risk management activities and adherence to regulatory requirements Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry guidelines, and best practices related to risk management in the financial and cryptocurrency sectors, and make recommendations for necessary adjustments to policies and procedures ## What We Look For In You: Passionate about blockchain/crypto industry Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field Extensive experience (15+ years) in leading risk management functions within the financial services industry, preferably in a global or multinational organization Strong knowledge and understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies, as well as relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and develop innovative risk mitigation strategies Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of risk professionals across different geographical locations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex risk concepts to senior management and influence decision-making processes Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to understand and align risk management efforts with broader business objectives Apply tot his job
