Greeter At Coastal Fish Company | Coastal Fish Company | United States Coastal Fish Company, Memphis, TN is seeking friendly and enthusiastic hosts, hostesses and greeters, preferably with fine dining and hospitality experience to help us “create raving fans”. Coastal Fish Company offers multiple dining selections for a guest to enjoy in a single dining experience with the finest service featuring a knowledgeable wait staff from which guests can gain valuable insight to enhance their dining experience. Candidates must possess an acute eye for detail, excellent customer service, sound judgment and possess the ability to deescalate situations while making our guests feel welcomed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONs: Greets all guests with enthusiasm and makes them feel welcome. Ascertains their dining needs. Seat guests and manage the seating chart using Open Table. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Performs opening and closing duties, as needed. Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred Due to the nature of our business applicants should be open to working late evenings, weekends and holidays.
