Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design, and create original illustrations for a variety of platforms and mediums, including websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain consistent illustration styles and brand guidelines across all projects.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively and iteratively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic illustration and digital art.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance overall visual strategies.
• Ensure all illustrations are technically sound and optimized for their intended use.
Required Skills
• Proven experience as a Graphic Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate abstract ideas into clear visual representations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with animation or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
• Knowledge of 3D illustration software or techniques.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and how illustrations integrate into user interfaces.
