About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, versatile and creative Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX and Video Production skills — and 5+ years of professional experience — to help elevate the visual identity and storytelling of our AI platform.
This role blends design, usability, and multimedia production— ideal for someone who can craft intuitive user interfaces, engaging visual content, and high-quality marketing videos that clearly communicate our platform’s value and personality.
As part of our creative and product teams, you’ll play a key role in defining the look and feel of our digital presence — from website and web app designs to marketing campaigns — while also producing short-form videos and motion graphics for storytelling across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Development
• Design marketing banners, infographics, and digital assets that align with our brand identity and support ongoing campaigns.
• Create visually cohesive materials for web, social media, and product pages.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content and touchpoints.
UI/UX Design
• Design user interfaces, layouts, and prototypes for web and product experiences using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to refine user flows, interactions, and design systems.
• Conduct light usability testing or feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs.
Video Production & Editing
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce short-form (15–30 second) videos to showcase product features and use cases.
• Edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, text overlays, and animation to create visually dynamic content.
• Collaborate on the creation of explainer videos, social media clips, and promotional campaigns that communicate our brand story.
Creative Conceptualization
• Generate innovative visual concepts for campaigns and content series.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Requirements
● 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
● Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
● Strong understanding of UX frameworks and responsive design.
● Experience in leading end-to-end design processes.
● Ability to translate complex workflows into simple user experiences.
● Knowledge of accessibility and design system best practices.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Experience with AI tools for design and video creations.
● Capable of managing multiple projects independently and delivering high-quality results under tight timelines.
