We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This role will join the existing creative team to help us continue to build our brands and support our various marketing initiatives including Wink, Carhartt Medical, and Fashion Seal Healthcare apparel and accessories. JOB SUMMARY The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visually engaging content that supports product development, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives. This role collaborates across departments to design print and digital materials, product packaging, and promotional assets that align with brand guidelines. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly skilled in both concept development and production execution. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Retouching & Recoloring Imagery • Manage image retouching and recoloring projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. • Conduct quality checks on returned files for color accuracy and consistency. • Communicate feedback, track project timelines, and maintain documentation to support efficient workflows and continuous improvement. Creative Development • Designs marketing collateral, product concepts, and branded content for print and digital channels • Creates illustrations, layouts, and visuals for presentations, product lines, and advertising assets • Develops packaging designs, in-store signage, and event graphics Production & File Management • Prepares and finalizes files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications • Maintains design templates and ensures consistency across all deliverables • Manages and organizes digital assets and artwork libraries Project Collaboration • Partners with product, marketing, and sourcing teams to bring ideas from concept to completion • Manages multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and brand standards • Accepts and incorporates feedback in a collaborative, fast-paced environment REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a product-driven or consumer-focused industry • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Acrobat and Microsoft Office • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design best practices • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work across multiple projects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • Experience with packaging or product design • Exposure to apparel, lifestyle, or retail industries COMPETENCIES • Creativity & Innovation – Generates fresh ideas and visual solutions • Attention to Detail – Delivers high-quality work with precision and consistency • Time Management – Efficiently balances multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Team Collaboration – Works well with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders • Brand Stewardship – Maintains and elevates visual consistency across all touchpoints • *Along with a competitive compensation package, the company offers an excellent benefits package, including Medical, Dental, a defined contribution plan (e.g. 401(k)), life insurance, long term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA) and paid maternity/paternity leave.
