This role provides an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling assets that elevate brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer development teams to bring campaign concepts to life. Accountabilities Design and maintain visual assets across digital and print formats, ensuring brand consistency and evolution. Create graphics for email campaigns, social media, paid media, websites, presentations, and events. Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, white papers, case studies, slide decks, and infographics. Collaborate with content, demand generation, and digital teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals. Work with web developers to improve UX/UI design, landing pages, banners, and A/B testing assets. Interpret briefs and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communications. Incorporate accessibility, SEO, and CRO best practices into all design work. Requirements 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices. Experience working with brand guidelines and evolving brand systems. Knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics. Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress). Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to think strategically, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
