Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest real estate investment brokerage firm, is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to support a top-producing team in our San Diego office. This role includes a mix of marketing design, content coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsbilities Prepare marketing packages using Adobe Creative SuiteDesign marketing collateral including flyers, postcards, advertisements, brochures, and presentationsManage and create content for social media platformsWrite and distribute press releases and property announcementsCoordinate and launch email marketing campaignsCommunicate with local media outlets as neededUse research tools to gather data and create fact-based marketing materialsEnsure consistent branding across all materials and channelsProvide administrative support to brokerage team, including listing coordination and database updates Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a mustExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)Solid understanding of general office technology and software toolsStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedAble to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
