Graphic Designer / Customer Service Rep
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative or Brand Ambassador to help us in our booth onsite during the Spring Carlisle Auto Show April 21-27. And if you work out well we would train you to run all the Carlisle Events throughout the Rest of the Season Spring Carlisle through Fall Carlisle Car Show events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service with some experience working trade show events. This role involves engaging with customers at the event, taking detailed orders for custom printed license plates and signs. If you have some basic graphic design skills then that would be a plus and would be very beneficial. Then you can help produce the custom graphics and print the product on site. We will train.
Duties
? Greet Attendees in our booth.
? Take detailed orders at the show.
? Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
? Then possible production or simple graphic design to create product and print.
Requirements that would be helpful.
? Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Proficiency in either Corel Draw or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for graphic design tasks. This is a plus but not required for hire.
? Basic knowledge of WordPress for content management is a plus. We can use someone with Web Design and Content Creation to help working from home on our websites and social media after the event.
? A creative mindset with experience in art direction or layout design is desirable.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
