Responsibilities
Stocks shelves and refills displays

Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products

Conditions shelves and products
,
Learns and applies product knowledge with attention to detail

Keeps department clean and well-organized
,
Ensures compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
,
Meets federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation
,
Works efficiently with a team to maintain productivity standards
,
Takes constructive feedback and applies learning to future tasks
,
May coach or train other Stockers
,
Assists customers in locating products and answering questions
Requirements
Minimum age of 18
,
Experience in stocking and customer service preferred
,
Experience in a physically demanding job is a plus
,
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting
,
Strong communication skills, including reading and writing
,
Organization and time-management skills
,
Customer service skills and a service mentality
,
Ability to work as part of a team to meet nightly goals
,
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks
,
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice-to-haves
Forklift/power jack training (provided upon hire)
