This role is fully remote.Salary range: $65k-$90k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain government purchasing agreement lifecycle (from sourcing to development, implementation, and administration of purchasing agreement)Work with the Legal Department to provide guidance on contract interpretation and support legal and compliance for U.S. government (federal, state, and local) contractsAdvise management and business segments concerning terms and conditions, including applicability of and compliance with state and local statutes, regulations, and other policies and related requirements of state and local contracting entitiesResearch and initiate government contracting accounts at the federal, state and local levelAdvise management and business segments concerning terms and conditions, including applicability of and compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other policies and related requirements of U.S. Government agencies such as the Department of Defense, GSA, and Department of EnergyEnsure compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract managementDraft, negotiate, and redline teaming agreements, sales and purchase orders/contracts, prime contract and subcontract terms, amendments, small and individual subcontracting plans, and other related commercial and government contract documentsPrimary point of contact for prime contract and project personnel and responsibility for all contract incoming and outgoing correspondenceWhy EquipmentShare?Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
