Job Description:
As our Google, Facebook & Digital Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple platforms. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Budget Optimization: Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Audience Targeting: Develop and refine target audience segments for optimal ad delivery.
Ad Creation: Design compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.
Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to experiment with different ad variations and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with a track record of success.
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including best practices and optimization techniques.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive campaign improvements.
Creative Mindset: A knack for crafting engaging ad copy and visuals that capture attention and drive action.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
