Data Architecture Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable and secure data platform architecture that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Solution Design Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to our data architecture, data engineering teams, providing guidance on cloud architecture design, implementation strategies and best practices
Google Cloud Platform Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Google Cloud Platform tools and services, including Big Query, Cloud Spanner, Dataflow, DataForm, Dataprep, and Healthcare APIs
(1.) To support junior or senior writers, plan document plan-task estimation, and monitor project status.
(2.) To address technical queries, monitor compliance or trainings, conduct product competency... training, and ensure timely knowledge transfer.
(3.) To research and propose solutions, ensure timely updates are provided to clients, and monitor and flag issues that require resolution.
(4.) To be the point of contact for all escalations in the team and execute mitigation steps for resolution.
(5.) To discuss team level improvements or KRAs with managers, provide feedback to team members, and suggest improvement plans for team
