Google Cloud data engineer - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for an experienced **Google Cloud data engineer** to design and implement a centralized data warehouse solution. • *Goals** - Set up a **data warehouse on Google Cloud** as the single source of truth - Migrate and continuously sync **Supabase Postgres** data (incremental loads or CDC) - Ingest **Superwall webhooks** into the warehouse (real-time or near real-time) - Backfill and maintain **RevenueCat historical data** and keep it updated - Organize all data into a clean, documented schema (raw → staging → marts) for: - Easy **dashboarding** - **Data science / analytics** - **Business-friendly use** with options for manual inputs via Google Sheets or a simple UI • *Deliverables** - Data warehouse setup (datasets, IAM, cost controls) - Pipelines for: - Supabase → Warehouse - Superwall → Warehouse (with historical backfill) - RevenueCat → Warehouse (historical + incremental sync) - Transformation layer with **dbt** or **Dataform** (tests, documentation, clean models) - Dashboards for acquisition, monetization, and product metrics - Google Sheets or Retool integration for manual input - Documentation and handover (runbooks, IAM roles, cost optimization) • *Requirements** - Strong experience with **Google Cloud data services** (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, GCS, dbt/Dataform) - Experience integrating **Postgres** sources and third-party APIs/webhooks into a data warehouse - Strong SQL and data modeling skills (fact/dimension schema) - Ability to deliver clean, maintainable pipelines with documentation • *Nice to have** - Familiarity with **RevenueCat API** and **Superwall API/webhooks** - Experience making data **LLM-queryable** (text-to-SQL, Vertex AI, etc.) - Dashboarding experience with **Looker Studio** or **Metabase** • *Why this project is exciting** - You’ll be the architect of our **single source of truth for growth and monetization** - You’ll build a **lean, cost-efficient, GCP-native stack** - Your work will directly power dashboards, AI insights, and decision-making across product and marketing Apply tot his job
