Design and development conversational flows.
Experience to delivering successful implementation on CCAI
Hands on Technical Lead and Architect AI-driven contact center solutions on Google platform, leveraging services such as DialogFlow, Speech-to-Text, and Cloud AI Platform.
Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies such as NLP, speech recognition.
Integrate AI models and technologies into contact... center workflows, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
Optimize system performance and scalability through hands-on approach. (both at application and cloud infra)
Implement robust security measures to safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Experience in contact center technologies or customer service applications is a plus.
Drive continuous improvement through hands-on experimentation and research into emerging AI technologies and best practices.
