Google Ads Specialist Needed – Audit & Scale DTC Luxury Fragrance Account (ROAS Focus) - Contract to Hire

We are a fast-growing fragrance e-commerce working with niche and luxury perfume brands across the United States and Canada.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to audit our current campaigns and identify clear opportunities to improve ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and overall account efficiency.

This is not a beginner role. We want someone who understands how performance marketing works for premium / luxury DTC brands, where brand equity and profitability matter as much as volume.

What we need you to do:

• Full account audit (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, etc.)

• Review campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and tracking

• Optimize creatives and assets

• Improve audience segmentation and intent capture

• Reallocate budgets toward highest-performing opportunities

• Provide a clear action plan for scaling

• Work with our internal marketing team on implementation

Required experience:

Proven success managing DTC e-commerce accounts

Experience in beauty, fragrance, skincare, or luxury strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS & reduce CPC

Comfortable working with premium price points

Strong analytics and tracking knowledge

Nice to have:

Experience scaling accounts with large SKU catalogs

Familiarity with Shopify
