Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


5 years of experience in supporting HR Operations in a scaled environment.


1 year of experience in Workday Administrations/operations.


Experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR Operations.
Preferred qualifications:

Ability to effectively support user needs.


Ability to deliver services with an operational mindset.


Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $109,000 - $117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

Deliver operational excellence in line with assigned service goals by identifying opportunities to improve. Scale in order to elevate operations to an excellent standard across our Hiring Support team.
Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities.
Act as the representative of the user by surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
Develop expertise in the systems supporting Human Resource (HR) Operations service areas while troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
