If you love performance marketing, collaboration, and working with people who lead with empathy, you’ll feel right at home.We’re looking for an SEO Manager.This role owns day-to-day SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of dental practices, turning client goals into clear, actionable SEO plans that drive real lead growth. You’ll be the SEO voice for your accounts – connecting strategy to execution and helping clients win in organic and local search.In this role, you will: Build and maintain SEO strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals Conduct keyword, SERP, and competitor research focused on high-value dental services Perform SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations⚙️ Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with dev or WordPress support Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for local visibility Oversee citations, NAP consistency, and local reputation best practices✍️ Create SEO-driven content briefs informed by search intent and SERP analysis✅ QA content before and after publishing to ensure strong on-page SEO Build reports and dashboards tracking traffic, rankings, GBP metrics, and leads️ Join client calls to explain performance and recommendations clearly Improve SEO processes, templates, and SOPs Support and unblock day-to-day SEO team execution as neededThis is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with required overlap from 8am–12pm EST; the remaining hours are flexible. You’ll report to Stefan Bojkovski, our SEO Director.RequirementsMust-haves:✅ 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or lead-gen environment✅ Proven success with local SEO for service-based businesses✅ Strong understanding of semantic SEO, search intent, and topical authority✅ Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, keyword tools, crawlers, and rank trackers✅ Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML best practices✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills✅ Familiarity with content optimization tools like SurferSEO, Frase, or similarBrownie points:⭐ Experience with SEO automation workflows⭐ Curiosity and openness toward AI-powered SEO and content toolsYou’re collaborative, proactive, and accountable. You communicate SEO clearly to both clients and teammates, take ownership of results, and stay curious about how search is evolving.
