Golang developer Remote ( But need candidates from Dallas only)

Role: Golang developer Location: Remote ( But need candidates from Dallas only) Duration: 12 months plus Visa: USC/GC/H1b Work model: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Dallas (they plan to open an office there in the future) Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. From an overall experience atleast 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang for backend systems and microservices. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering distributed, event-driven architectures. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, message queues (e.g., Kafka, NATS), and service communication patterns. Familiarity with in-memory data stores like Redis or Memcached. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native design principles. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Good understanding of CI/CD practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automation pipelines. Solid grounding in secure coding practices, web application security, and data protection regulations. Strong problem-solving and system design skills; ability to evaluate trade-offs and optimize for performance and reliability. What would work along with the above Experience with Java or Python as secondary languages. Exposure to AI/ML systems or Generative AI tools and workflows. Knowledge of NoSQL databases and large-scale storage architectures.
