Job description: We have a contract to hire opportunity for a GoLang Developer II (level 2) with 3+ years and healthcare experience. Kafka and MongoDB preferred. 100% Remote.Must have requirements:
3+ years Software Development
GoLang Experience (2+ years experience with golang is a hard requirement).
Experienced in workflow design, configuration and process development, must understand business process concepts.
Excellent communication
Self starter
Healthcare experience
Nice to haves:
MongoDB and Kafka Experience.
Disqualifiers:
Lack of GoLang experience and knowledge would immediately disqualify candidate
Performance indicators:
We track performance by discussing progress with the Tech Lead, PO and Scrum Master
Best vs. Average: Best candidates will be able to speak to their golang experience, healthcare experience will also put a candidate above average.Responsibilities:
Collaborates within a traditional scrum team environment, participating in spring planning, daily stand ups and proactively selects and takes ownership of user stories from the product backlog, ensuring timely and high quality completion in alignment with sprint goals and team commitments.
Contractor will design, build, test and maintain scalable technology solutions to meet business needs.
The contractor will interact with the entire team and have 1:1's with the tech lead and the manager on a recurring basis.
Contractor should thrive in a remote, collaborative agile environment and deliver high quality code independently and as part of a team.

RDM-RTR supports multiple OneList projects throughout the year including many projects related to Open Enrollment.
We are a dedicated team supporting high impact initiatives with a focus on delivering reliable solutions.
The team consists of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, 3 Devs and 1 QA) There are 2 contractors on this team .

Designs, develops and implements enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs).Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 2 - 4 years of related experience.Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired.Knowledge of C# (Programming Language); Java (Programming Language); JavaScript (Programming Language); Python (Programming Language); R (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language)
Experience with Application Development; Software Development
Knowledge of Programming Concepts; Software DesignSoft Skills:
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Intermediate - Ability to work independentlyLicense/Certification:
