Role Overview We’re seeking a GoHighLevel Expert / Marketing Automation Engineer who can build, automate, and optimize high-performing funnels and workflows across our Visibility Intelligence Suite. You’ll be responsible for all things GHL — from building funnels to integrating automations and dashboards — ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, data syncs cleanly, and performance reporting is accurate. This is a technical-creative hybrid role perfect for someone who loves both marketing and automation. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize GoHighLevel funnels (landing pages, webinars, nurture sequences). Create automations, tags, triggers, and pipelines to manage lead flow. Integrate Make/Zapier automations with external tools (Slack, Google Sheets, dashboards). Implement lead scoring and tracking logic for visibility and performance. QA and maintain workflow reliability (daily monitoring). Collaborate with the Operations Integrator (Chief of Staff) on sprint deliverables. Contribute to building the Visibility OS Dashboard — unified analytics for clients. Requirements 2+ years of GoHighLevel experience (agency, SaaS, or marketing automation projects). Deep understanding of: GHL workflows, pipelines, and CRM structure Make (Integromat) or Zapier Tagging, triggers, and conditional logic Landing page creation & optimization Strong English communication and attention to detail. Able to deliver fast (48- to 72-hour turnaround). Bonus: experience with AI automation, API connections, or analytics dashboards. Who You Are Obsessed with building clean, efficient systems.
