Go-to-Market & Product Commercialization Manager Location: Basking Ridge, NJ / Dallas, TX We are seeking a Go-to-Market & Product Commercialization Manager to drive the successful launch, adoption, and monetization of next-generation telecom products, including 5G network slicing, Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC), and cloud-based innovations. This role is responsible for both strategy and execution, ensuring that innovative technical solutions translate into market-ready products with strong commercial success. The ideal candidate will be an execution-focused leader with experience in go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing models, and sales enablement. Key Responsibilities 1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new telecom products, ensuring market readiness. Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring products from development to commercialization. Validate product-market fit through data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Identify target markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities to maximize adoption. 2. Sales Enablement & Commercialization Execution Build and deliver sales enablement materials, training, and playbooks to support sales teams. Define pricing models, packaging, and monetization strategies based on market research. Ensure product positioning aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth. Develop business cases and financial models to justify market investments and forecast returns. 3. Product Roadmap & Feature Prioritization Work with technical teams to prioritize features that enhance market competitiveness Ensure seamless handoff between strategy and execution, ensuring teams are aligned on what to build and why. Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical readiness for product launches. 4. Cross-Functional Execution & Stakeholder Management Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth collaboration. Align GTM execution with product development timelines to avoid delays and inefficiencies. Collaborate with network, AI, and cloud teams to integrate technical capabilities into market-ready solutions. Ensure internal teams are aligned and execute effectively on go-to-market plans. 5. Post-Launch Optimization & Market Feedback Gather real-time market data to assess product adoption and customer response. Iterate on messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies based on market performance. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to refine and optimize market strategy.
