The Global Wellness Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HPE’s Global Wellness strategy by executing programs and communications to enhance employee wellbeing worldwide.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of global wellness initiatives across mental, physical, financial, and community wellbeing pillarsAssist with annual and quarterly global wellness campaigns, including program logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordinationManage day-to-day operational tasks related to global wellness programs, ensuring smooth execution and follow-throughPartner with internal stakeholders to support global wellness vendors (e.g., EAP, digital wellbeing platforms, campaign partners)Assist with vendor communications, content reviews, reporting coordination, and issue escalation as neededHelp track program deliverables, usage metrics, and performance against goalsCoordinate global wellness communications in partnership with HR Communications and vendors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standardsSupport updates to the Global Wellness Page and other internal channels (email, intranet, Viva Engage, etc.)Help create toolkits, guides, and materials to support employee and people leader awareness and engagementSupport the global Wellness Ambassador network by coordinating meetings, materials, and ongoing communicationsAct as a point of contact for wellness-related inquiries routed through the global wellness inbox or shared channelsPartner with regional HR teams to help localize global initiatives where appropriateAssist with collecting and analyzing participation data, engagement metrics, and feedback to evaluate program effectivenessHelp prepare summaries, dashboards, and insights to inform program enhancements and leadership updatesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working within Global WellnessSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Health Promotion, Communications, Business, or a related field1+ years experience supporting HR programs, benefits, wellness, or employee engagement initiativesStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort working in a global, matrixed environment across regions and time zonesProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Experience supporting global or regional wellness, benefits, or employee experience programsFamiliarity with wellness vendors, EAPs, or digital wellbeing platformsExperience coordinating communications or campaigns for a large, distributed workforceAbility to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsInterest in using technology, automation, or AI tools to improve HR program deliveryBenefitsHealth & WellbeingPersonal & Professional DevelopmentUnconditional InclusionCompany OverviewHewlett Packard Enterprise is an edge-to-cloud company that uses comprehensive solutions to accelerate business outcomes.
