Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.The RoleAs a Global TA Programs Partner with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.The Global Talent Acquisition Programs Partner will support our Talent Acquisition function across multiple regions. This role will play a key part in strengthening our employer brand, supporting hiring priorities, the attraction of diverse, high-quality talent through targeted recruitment marketing, and enabling successful change through clear, consistent, and engaging communications.Working closely with Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Delivery, and Marketing teams, the role will help design and deliver campaigns, content, and activities that engage candidates and position the company as an employer of choice globally.Attraction Governance & ProgramsGlobal Governance for Community & Tag Framework in Eightfold, ensuring fit for purpose for TA, Talent, and Inside Sales.Support the development and execution of global and regional recruitment marketing campaigns aligned to hiring and workforce priorities, ensuring global consistency and adherence to corporate marketing standards and tone, and performance metrics.Create and manage compelling content for job advertisements, career sites, social media, and talent communities in partnership with Marketing Talent Attraction ActivitiesSupport attraction strategies for internal and external critical roles, emerging skills, and early career programs, partnering closely with our Talent Team, Sales team, and People Teams.Support brand and content for virtual and in-person attraction activities, including career fairs, campus events, webinars, and industry partnerships.Create and manage Events in Eightfold to ensure attraction, engagement and compliance for event promotion and attendance.Change Management & CommunicationsSupport change management initiatives within Talent Acquisition and broader HR programs, with a strong focus on communications.Develop clear, structured change communication plans for global and regional TA initiatives (e.g. new processes, tools, operating models, or hiring strategies).Create communication materials such as toolkits, FAQs, messaging guides, presentations, and launch communications.Ensure messaging is tailored for different stakeholder groups, regions, and levels of change readinessAct as a communications advisor to TA leaders, helping translate complex change into simple, engaging messagesDevelop and maintain clear candidate communications across the recruitment lifecycleSupport internal communications related to hiring campaigns, TA initiatives, and change programsCollaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to ensure consistent, accurate messagingAnalytics & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on recruitment marketing, attraction, and change communication effectiveness, using data and insights to continuously improve attraction, messaging, engagement, and change adoption.Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to assess communication clarity and impact.
*!About YouTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:EssentialA minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Global Talent attraction activities in branding, communication in a fast-paced recruiting environment.Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives through structured communication approachesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiencesExperience working in a global, matrixed environmentStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ambiguous work environmentDesiredExperience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition transformation initiativesFamiliarity with change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)Experience working with ATS and recruitment marketing platformsUnderstanding of DEI principles within talent attraction and change communicationsMoving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
