We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Cloud CISO Regulatory Affairs team in navigating the complexities of global regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring Google Cloud's supervision and oversight, delivering on obligations, and fostering a culture of trust and transparency with regulators.
About the Role
In this dynamic and challenging position, you will guide complex oversight programs, manage regulatory response submissions, and advise on compliance obligations. You will also supervise meetings, manage external supervisors, and develop internal training programs. Your expertise in program management, compliance, and stakeholder management will be essential in driving our global regulatory response efforts.
Responsibilities

Provide program management support to complex oversight programs
Manage and track regulatory response submissions on a global basis
Advise on compliance obligations and manage inventory of regulatory requirements
Supervise meetings, create talking points, and manage calendar events
Develop and manage external supervisor education and internal training programs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in program or project management
2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting
Experience in stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of compliance experience, including working with regulators in an audit/oversight/regulatory relations role
