Job Description
ā¢ Oversee and manage global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple countries.
ā¢ Administer and manage global employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks.
ā¢ Collaborate with third-party vendors to streamline payroll and benefits processes and resolve discrepancies.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations related to payroll and benefits.
ā¢ Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants on audits, reporting, and process enhancements.
ā¢ Act as a key resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring an excellent employee experience.

The Successful Applicant
ā¢ 5-7+ years of experience managing global payroll and benefits in professional services, financial services, or a similar industry.
ā¢ Must have global experience.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and benefit structures.
ā¢ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Proven experience working with third-party payroll and benefits vendors.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
