Letâs build brands together.POSITION OVERVIEWWeâre looking for Sr. Brand Manager who can drive our clientsâ growth to the next level, someone who understands what it takes to drive growth on Amazon, leveraging different tactics and strategies across retail and marketing to help our clients thrive. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, developing strategies based on deep understandings of the customer, competition, and Amazon capabilities - rooted in data and insights. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners to align on strategy and long term goals for our clients.Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesOwn overall strategy for the brand, pricing, promotion, new product launches, and how to best advertise a brand and/or product for key accounts.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Expert in providing ongoing support to other brand managers, developing best-in-class practices.Manage a team of 1-3 individualsGain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative dataManage the content required to support the product assortment for Amazon; work with internal and external partners to develop approved product imagery and descriptive copyManage brand budgets and profitabilityStay close to Amazon marketing BETAs and programs that can be leveraged on behalf of our clientsBuild close relationships with Amazon, owning negotiations on behalf of clients.Drive media plans, ensuring alignment to brand budgets and profitabilityLead developing data driven recommendations using relevant sales, market and consumer dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the strategic growth of Amazon. Requirements
