The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global mobility, relocation, and immigration services, with a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market. This position will support both employees and clients, ensuring smooth transitions for international assignments, relocations, and compliance with local regulations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to provide guidance and streamline mobility processes from onboarding to offboarding.Key Responsibilities:Support mobility cases and provide guidance for Saudi Arabia, from onboarding to offboarding, including:Assessing all mobility requests efficiently, ensuring the process aligns with local regulations.Managing both employees' and clients' expectations by providing clear explanations and guidelines of the mobility process.Coordinating with external vendors (such as ICP, benefits providers, etc.), when applicable, to ensure smooth operations.Maintaining and implementing the mobility database and processes, while preparing training modules and guidance memos on mobility-related topics as required.Collaborating closely with Sales and Operations teams, participating as support in meetings (video and face-to-face) to foster long-term, trusted relationships with existing and new clients, consultants, partners, and vendors.Preparing training modules and guidance memos on a range of mobility-related topics.Participating in the review and continuous improvement of global and regional mobility knowledge databases and processes.Conducting research and overseeing local immigration status, regulations, and policies in Saudi Arabia, implementing relevant processes and tools accordingly.Key Qualifications:Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Law, Management, or a relevant field.Experience in a similar role in a fast-growth environment, with deep knowledge and understanding of all types of relocation, immigration, and international assignments, particularly in Saudi Arabia.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle high-pressure environments.Ability to analyze problems, identify potential solutions, and execute effective strategies.Any personal experience abroad or living in multiple countries would be an added advantage.Language requirements: Fluent in English, with strong writing skills in both languages.Preferred Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with a keen attention to detail and discipline.Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and practical solutions.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging communication skills, knowledge, and expertise to resolve issues.What it's like working at HorizonsOur service product.
