• Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, and engagement.

HR Operations & Systems
• Set up HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and record-keeping processes.
• Develop job descriptions, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks.
• Create training and development programs for supervisors and employees.

Strategic HR Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to U.S. leadership and global HR.
• Support organizational design and headcount planning.
• Help scale HR practices as the U.S. operation grows.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience building HR functions from scratch (start-up, greenfield, or new-market launch).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance.
• Experience creating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
