The Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company’s success, from strategic planning and forecasting to building the financial infrastructure that supports our ambitious, ongoing growth. The FP&A Team Lead is a global, strategic managerial role that will provide financial expertise and support to the company's CRO and commercial leadership, such as heads of Sales and Marketing. You will translate financial data into actionable insights to drive business performance, reconcile and manage budgets and forecasts globally, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. About The Role • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Partner with CRO and his management team to support CRO tower, develop and implement business strategies, and provide financial input and analysis for new initiatives and market opportunities. • Developing and nurturing a winning team: Lead and grow the team of regional business finance partners (supporting regional GMs). • Budgeting and Forecasting: Working with stakeholders in CRO org. and supporting units to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making across regions and business segments. Work closely with FP&A, C&B, legal, HR team, and others on planning, forecasting, and ongoing alignment around CRO business objectives and meeting Comany's OKRs. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing financial performance against targets, and reporting on trends and insights to CRO and finance management. • Decision Support and Advisory: Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support CRO teams in areas like pricing, sales strategies, and investment decisions. • Risk Management and Compliance: Identifying and assessing financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing mitigation • Partner of Choice: acting as a bridge (main focal) between the finance departments and the CRO and his commercial teams / leadership, using financial expertise to solve problems, bring value, and drive business growth. For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $160,000 - $175,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
