As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in managing our employee stock plans and equity-based compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to our workforce.

What You'll Do for Us

As a key member of our Global Equity team, you will contribute to the effective management of our stock plan programs and support our commitment to employee ownership. Your responsibilities will include:


Conducting comprehensive data audits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure full operational compliance with equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans
Processing equity award releases including Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan matching contributions with precision and timeliness
Reviewing equity transaction activities such as stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan transactions to ensure accurate processing, settlement, and reporting
Responding to inquiries from participants, method partners, and other stakeholders by researching, tracking, and providing timely resolutions to questions related to equity plans
Supporting award processes for equity-based long-term incentive grants and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
Producing ad-hoc data analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations and provide insights for continuous improvement
Maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Performing additional equity plan management tasks as needed to support team objectives and organizational goals


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and effectively
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and convert findings into actionable recommendations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work product
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and employee stock purchase plans
Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, including understanding of system methods and interrelationships of data transfers
Background in global equity plan administration or compensation analytics
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to equity compensation
Experience in a multinational corporate environment
