We're currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Global Equity Consultant to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about compensation strategy, stock plan administration, and want to work in a truly global environment where you'll interact daily with colleagues from different countries, cultures, and functional areas.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our equity plan management operations. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth administration of our employee stock ownership programs, which are vital to attracting, retaining, and rewarding our talented workforce worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:


Data Integrity & Compliance: Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. You'll be the guardian of data accuracy that impacts thousands of employees' financial futures.

Award Processing: Processing the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching contributions with precision and timeliness.

Transaction Review: Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.

Stakeholder Support: Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders with professionalism and responsiveness.

Enrollment Support: Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities during key periods of the year.

Reporting & Analytics: Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

System Maintenance: Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Duties: Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested to support team objectives and organizational goals.


Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of educational background, relevant experience, and the right mindset to succeed in this role.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is required
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education


Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area is preferred
Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is highly desirable
Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment is a plus


Technical Competencies:

Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday preferred
Strong knowledge of methods and interrelationships of data transfers between systems
Ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations
